Terms of Use
- Your login is yours. Don’t share your username and password. Our system will catch it, and your account will be suspended.
- No copying or redistributing content. Everything you see here—videos, charts, PDFs, posts—is protected by copyright. Feel free to take notes, not screenshots.
- No spam or self-promotion. Keep our forums clean and focused on trading. No ads, promos, or repeat posts.
- Be yourself. Use your real name when posting in the community. No impersonating others.
- Respect the room. Treat fellow traders with the same courtesy you’d expect. Debate is great—personal attacks, not so much.
- Keep it clean. A little strong language is okay (we’re traders, not monks), but no hate speech, vulgarity, or harassment. If it crosses the line, you’ll hear from us.
Forum Policy
Our goal is to keep the community helpful, supportive, and professional. If someone repeatedly breaks the rules, they’ll be asked to leave. We’ll give you a heads-up first (we know tone can be misread), but three strikes and you’re out—no refund.
One more thing: No politics. If it doesn’t have a ticker symbol, we don’t go there.
Cancellation Policy
All subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep access through the end of your billing period—no refunds, no hard feelings.

Publication Schedule
We’re active year-round, publishing fresh insights 48 weeks per year. Dan takes up to 4 weeks off throughout the year—because even mentors need a break.

You can opt out of marketing emails anytime by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email or contacting support@stockmarketmentor.com.
Note: Transactional emails (like account updates or billing info) are required for active subscribers. If you no longer wish to receive them, you’ll need to cancel your subscription.
